Theodore H. Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller joins the surgeons of Head and Neck Surgery Associates, PSC on October 1, 2006. For over 20 years, Dr. Miller has been a practicing otolaryngologist respected in the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky areas. Since 1987, his solo practice has been in Edgewood, KY and he will continue in this area at Head & Neck. Dr. Miller received his medical degree from the University of Louisville. He completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Miller is on medical staff at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, St. Luke Hospitals, Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Dearborn County Hospital.
