Access I-75/I-71 traveling south of I-275.
On I-75/I-71 South, after Mall Road Exit, get in right hand lane and exit at Florence-Union
Exit. This is also Route #42.
Turn left at the light onto Route #42.
Continue past Wildwood Inn Motel and Affordable Dentures, both on right side.
Beyond Affordable Dentures on right on the corner of Grand Ave. and US 42 see large
sign in front of building which reads Head & Neck Surgery Associates.
Turn right into parking lot.
