Dear Referring Physician,

All of our physicians are Board Certified Otolaryngologists, accredited by the American Association of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Our focus in on high quality, local, personal care. We are all licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.

We accept all major insurance carriers, as well as Medicaid and Medicare patients from KY, OH, and IN.

Head and Neck Surgery Associate physicians are available for telephone consultation, at any time, at 859-781-4900. We strive to see all referrals in a timely fashion, and can almost always arrange for urgent evaluations on the day of your call.

We are trained to diagnose and treat the full range of Otolaryngology conditions.
