Employee Testimonials

I have been at HNSA for over 2 1/2 years and have been challenged and rewarded for meeting those challenges. At HNSA if you take advantage of the opportunities presented to you; you can grow both professionally and personally. As a new employee at HNSA I appreciated the help offered by my new co-workers and now I am able to help our new employees acclimate to an environment where patient care comes first and is always ensured by teamwork and a "can do" spirit. Ann, Scheduler/Receptionist

I love being an Employee at Head and Neck Surgery Associates for several reasons. The physicians are fantastic and the staff is very close. Also, it has allowed me to further my career and advance into a management position. I am more knowledgeable in ENT because HNSA is dedicated to devoting necessary time to improve employee’s attributes. Mary, Lead Medical Assistant

I have enjoyed working here already more than anywhere else I have ever worked. I was very worried about coming back to work after being off with my son for nearly 2 years. But I was welcomed here at HNSA right away from everyone. Everyone was willing to lend a hand and answer any questions I had. Everybody has made it very easy to go to them if I am in need of anything. They are always there to help. That is why this has been such a great place to work. Trish, Allergy

My career @ Head & Neck allows me to utilize my nursing skills, combining both direct clinical experience & patient education in a challenging, professional atmosphere conducive to my family lifestyle while working side-by-side with professional, caring, and respected surgeons. Patti, R.N.

I have been a registered nurse at HNSA for 8 years. My 20 plus years at a local hospital in critical care gave me the experience and skills that I use everyday in the surgery center. All of my co-workers also carry many valuable years of experience in peri-operative nursing which I feel makes us an excellent team. In addition to being surrounded by caring and professional staff, HNSA also certifies our nurses in CPR, ACLS and PALS, which I see as a valuable benefit. Pat, R.N. B.S.N.

Working at Head and Neck is like being with your family every day. Not only is it a positive work environment, but employees here are so compassionate. I enjoy coming to work every day. Miranda, Billing

I have been employed in the healthcare field for 24 years and have been with Head and Neck Surgery Associates since February 2003. I began my career here in a position as the assistant to the Audiologists, and working with some of our hearing aid patients. In July, 2004 I was given the opportunity to move into the position of Administrative Assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors. Although there have been many changes over the years what doesn't change is Head and Neck Surgery Associates extreme focus on quality patient care, tremendous regard for the employees, and the opportunity and importance placed on learning and growing in your position. Our current focus is gearing towards a more positive team environment, effective communication, listening to employee input, and forward thinking technology. I take pride in what I do and where I work and that allows me to focus on what's important, building a future for me and my family. The physicians of Head and Neck Surgery Associates allow me to do just that. Sarah, Administration

In 1985, I came over to a small ENT practice in Northern Kentucky to help a friend set up his new ABR lab. A few weeks later, I was asked to join the team. Since then, the practice has grown to 10 Physicians and 5 Audiologists. I think the thing I cherish most about Head and Neck Surgery Associates is that we are a team. The Physicians value and ask for our input on patients. They hire us because of our expertise and they utilize it. In the years I have been at HNSA, I feel that not only am I a part of the team, but also a part of the family. What more could you want? Kris, Audiologist
