Practice History

The Medical practice, which would evolve into Head and Neck Surgery Associates, began in July, 1977 when Dr. Joseph Haas established his otolaryngology practice in Northern Kentucky.  In the following year, Dr. Thomas Mayer joined the practice.  The practice assumed the current name of Head and Neck Surgery Associates when Dr. S. L. Hausladen joined in 1985, followed by Dr. Steven Woodruff in 1986.

Our practice further grew with the 1990 addition of Dr. Mark Gutowski, and the 1995 addition of Dr. Todd Kirchhoff.  Dr. Steven Magary joined our practice in 2000, Dr. Bryan Krol in 2001, Dr. Michael Domet in August, 2005, Dr. James Kempiners in July, 2006 and Dr. Theodore Miller in October, 2006. We continue to grow with the addition of Dr. Michelle Veazey in January, 2008.
